ACUPRESSURE
Acupressure is an ancient healing art using pressure with the finger tips and was developed in Asia over 5,000 years ago. The fingers apply pressure to key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate and energize the body's natural mself-healing abilities.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), these healing pressure points are the “Gateways to The Body's Life Energy Force”.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is based on the principle that pressing on points in the feet and/or hands will have a "reflexive" action to organs, glands, tissues and all parts of the body. This system gives the therapist an additional method for addressing a problem area of the body. This natural therapy involves dissolving blockages on all levels by stimulating the spinal reflex points on the feet, hands and head. Through the clearing of these blockages, healing is promoted, and balance is restored.
